Our hives are situated in an area of Certified Organic wilderness far from any source of pollution in New Zealand`s beautiful Islands. A wilderness area renowned for its unspoilt natural beauty. This habitat is a vital source of food for some of the world`s rarest insects and creatures.

We ensure that we farm in a sustainable and responsible manner while producing this delicate honey with its delicious creamy texture.

All good honey may crystallise or set during storage. If this should occur please warm gently to return to its liquid state.
